Job Requirements / Description
My client based in the Bromsgrove area is looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis.
You would be required to work in the office but my client can offer a degree of flexibility with the working hours, it can be 8-4, 8.30-4.30 or 9-5
The main functions of the role include
- Process supplier invoices on Sage line 50
- Generate customer invoices
- credit control
- Update and maintain sales ledger.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
- Accurately enter financial data into the accounting system and data basses.
- Support the maintenance of the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Provide administrative assistance to the finance team
As a suitable candidate you will offer the following
- Previous experience as an accounts assistant is essential
- Ideally have previous experience with Sage 50
- Strong attention to detail
- An ability to learn new systems
- Basic understanding of financial principles
- Excellent organization and Communication skills
The salary of offer is up to £30,000
