About the role
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Business Lead to join an award-winning organisation within the Public Sector.
The Oracle Fusion Business Lead will work closely with the CFO and Finance Director on a new Oracle Fusion implementation. The organisation is adopting a strategic approach to its implementation and requires a highly qualified leader with a strong finance background, preferably a qualified accountant and/ or former Finance Director.
The successful Oracle Fusion Business Lead will play a key role in shaping the implementation while executing the organisations finance transformation and change programme. They should have significant senior-level finance operations and leadership experience, as well as expertise in Oracle Fusion architecture. This individual will guide the implementation process, collaborating with the Implementation Programme Director and a Systems Integrator (SI) team.
Key requirements
· Senior finance leadership experience, ideally as a Finance Director
· Expertise in Oracle Fusion architecture and implementation
· Ability to lead and shape finance change programmes
· Strong collaboration skills to work with both internal leadership and external implementation teams
· Immediate availability with the ability to work onsite in London at least 3 days per week
· Prior experience within the Public Sector would be advantageous
