Specification Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to create engineering specifications based on customer requirements and market insights. Supplier Coordination: Work with third-party suppliers to guide the design and delivery process from prototypes to final products. Customer Engagement: Liaise with customers in partnership with sales and marketing teams to gather feedback and insights. Progress Tracking: Set priorities, track project progress, and provide regular updates to the management team. Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices and drive initiatives for ongoing improvements within the engineering team.Qualifications: Proven experience in electronics engineering management or a similar role.
