L&D Manager – Executive Search£50-70k plus bonusesCity of London - 3 days in office The Company My client is an established business specialising in combining the Executive Search and Contingent Recruitment models to provide the best service across the Quantitative, Trading and Finance Markets globally.They are an extremely successful business focused on quality over quantity and are looking to carefully and strategically grow their global teams with top talent.This is a great opportunity for someone to come and work directly with the CEO and Head of Performance surrounding hiring, onboarding, consultant development and business processes across their 5 global offices.? Exciting Bits ?Be a part of the SLT and heavily involved in guiding business decisions surrounding hiring, training and headcount growth.Own the L&D function and act as a number 2 to the CEO when it comes to the business process and direction. The Role As L&D Manager, you will:Oversee the entire L&D Programme to be aligned with the business goals.Review and upload training documents onto the LMS platform with them presented in an easy to find and read format.Constant collaboration with divisional heads and the SLT to identify skills gaps and training needs across the business.Create a training schedule ahead of time and use senior recruiters to help deliver specialist training sessions.Work alongside the data team internally to create a framework for evaluating business performance and effectiveness of training programmes.Provide strategic input into workforce planning and headcount growth. What we are looking for Proven experience in an L&D capacity within a recruitment company or executive search business.A strong fast-paced work ethic and someone who has a F2F focus when it comes to delivering, training and coaching recruiters.An analytical and data-driven individual who can make use of an internal data team to drive performance.Please note that candidates without the prerequisite L&D experience (gained within the recruitment sector), will not be considered for the role.
