Sales Administrator – Sign & Digital Print Industry I’m seeking a Candidate who comes from the Sign/Digital Print industry to join my Leeds, based Client on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive organisation who throughout the years have fantastically retained relationships with their Clients and consistently welcome new Clients through their quality and prompt services. This role is essential for ensuring smooth sales operations and providing administrative support to enhance productivity and be a key team member. Duties To assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports and maintaining records. Liaising  with clients regarding orders, inquiries, and follow-ups to ensure excellent customer service. Organise and maintain filing systems for sales documentation and contracts. Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise. Ensure timely processing of orders and assist in managing inventory levels. Requirements Have Sign/Digital Print industry knowledge Proven experience in sales administration or a similar administrative role. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent organisational skills to maintain accurate records and files. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail. Hours of Work Monday to Friday 0800 – 1630 Salary An annual salary of between £25,000 - £28,000 will be offered based upon experience
