Transformation Lead

An exciting opportunity to join a renowned insurance group as a Transformation Lead . This role has a global scope and requires a unique background and set of skills. The ideal candidate will have experience within the insurance industry - specifically within underwriting or claims functions - and within a change, transformation or delivery role. This role is part of a dynamic and collaborative team of Business Analysts, AI specialists, and Solution Architects to design AI-enabled processes and user journeys. This will work closely with the Underwriting/Claims teams, so experience working with relevant teams/processes/methodologies is required. Must Haves: Experience working in the Lloyd's of London insurance industry or in-depth understanding of P&C insurance. Experience working in Underwriting or Claims. Strong insurance domain knowledge with other core functions such as Underwriting, claims, marketing, distribution, legal, and operations. An interest in AI and continuous improvement. This is a hybrid role located in the City of London, 2-3 days in the office depending on the needs of the business.
