Network Engineer - Work from home

Network Infrastructure Engineer | North London | Initial 6 Month Contract Experis have partnered with a brilliant client based in North London looking to recruit a Network Infrastructure Engineer for an initial 6 month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and maintaining secure WAN and LAN network infrastructure. Provide expert technical support for network, network security infrastructure, telecoms and VOIP technologies (Extreme, Cisco, Mitel). Participate in a 24x7 out-of-hours support rota, providing network, infrastructure, and application support as required. Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans for network infrastructure. Provide technical expertise and project management for projects including network infrastructure design, implementation and testing. Maintain best practice policies, processes and documentation for network management, reviewing and updating regularly. Document all network systems, covering implementation, admin accounts, security controls, and dependencies, supporting business continuity. Previous experience working in an Infrastructure Network role. Extensive experience supporting complex network infrastructure including: Experience supporting network infrastructure in a large and complex setting. Cisco CCNA Certifications. ITIL qualifications (desired).
