We are searching for a positive hard-charging sales professional with 5+ years of B2B sales experience to sell into "enterprise level accounts". The successful candidate must possess a high level of personal integrity, a passion and an in-depth understanding of lead generation, marketing automation and intent data solutions. As Sales Director for the EMEA region, you will be an exceptional communicator, and have remarkable skills for selling data-driven, integrated digital marketing solutions to enterprise customers.

What You'll Do:

  • Sell all data-centric solutions to key lead generation decision-makers within agencies and enterprise prospects.
  • Translate how our solutions can impact the prospect company's marketing effectiveness across marketing, sales, and operations departments
  • Lead generation via aggressive prospecting and networking
  • Prospect qualification
  • Needs assessment
  • Competitive positioning
  • Needs-based proposal development
  • Post-close issues resolution
  • Capability presentation(s) both in person and via Zoom video conferences
  • Product demonstration(s) both in person and via Zoom video conferences
  • Contract development and execution
  • Cross- and up-sell (where appropriate)
  • Work closely with internal departments including the proposal center, customer success and finance to ensure an outstanding customer experience
  • Negotiating, closing business and securing renewal business
  • Navigating large, complex enterprise accounts to identify multiple decision makers, buying committees and budgets to effectively grow the business

What You'll Bring:

  • Possess technical knowledge of data integration to CRMs and MAPs, and the ability to translate how our solutions can impact the prospect company's profitability.
  • Track record of successfully selling data-driven products, particularly demand generation, display advertising and intent solutions to b2b enterprise organizations.
  • Strong understanding of marketing and advertising technology.
  • Must be able to generate compelling, innovative solutions that meet the needs of marketers.
  • Be a strategic thinker/solution seller using a different approach with the same tools to meet the needs of each unique customer.
  • Must work independently without constant direction or supervision, be self-motivated and possess a strong work ethic to continually strive to put forth extra effort.
  • Have the tenacity to stay effective in sales situations with or without immediate success, to fulfill commitments to personal and team financial goals.
  • Ability to generate imaginative, innovative solutions that meet the needs of marketers.
  • Comfortable strategizing with enterprise customers and prospects on how our integrated solutions will most positively impact their business and help them achieve their marketing goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and monitor all activity and performance against goals.
  • Skilled at blue-printing enterprise organizations, developing leads and sales opportunities across departments at target companies including phone and email outreach and appointment setting.
  • Possess thorough knowledge of inner workings within enterprise accounts, i.e. multiple departments and decision makers and appropriate solutions.
  • Positive attitude, collaborative mindset
  • Highly organized and able to effectively handle competing demands including multiple deals and deadlines
  • Adept at utilizing sales enablement, reporting and BI tools including Salesforce, Domo, Groove, Drift or similar technology.

Ability to leverage industry knowledge, marketing trends and business contacts to effectively engage target prospects within assigned region and accounts.
