Our client is looking for a well-organized person with excellent communication skills who will help support the sales department! Key responsibilities: Processing a high volume of product orders. Producing works orders. Producing guarantee and product description labels. Processing invoices. Checking prices and product codes against orders. Reporting weekly sales input to management. Supporting sales with general operations to help reach the company’s objectives. Taking phone calls from customers and dealing with enquiries. Producing quotations. Communicating internally important feedback from customers. Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails. Managing and organising samples for customers. Keeping filing up to date. Key skills and experience: High organisational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time. Ability to prioritise own workload. Strong communication skills. Well versed in IT skills for example Microsoft Word / Excel and SAGE. An administrative or sales background. Must be detail oriented. Must be flexible, work well under pressure and have an eye for detail.
