OFFICE MANAGER MANSFIELD £12.80 - £15.00PH DOE TEMPORARY TO PERMANENT POSITION IMMEDIATE START Please note: you may be rejected if you do not have the necessary experience. Office Manager required immediately for a manufacturing company in Mansfield. The role will involve completing a variety of different tasks to help the day to day operations run smoothly. The role will involve: • Assisting in the day to day operations within a busy office • Working on the reception desk and being the face of the company to all guests • Liaising with all departments to plan and schedule meetings • Ordering parts and requesting quotes from suppliers • Filing in various types of paperwork and written documents • Booking in and following up deliveries • General administration duties such as filing shredding and scanning Essential Skills: • Strong customer service skills • Previous experience working within a busy office environment • Strong knowledge of Microsoft packages • Ability to prioritise and manage workload • Experience using sage accounts would be beneficial Package: Immediate Start Up to £15.00ph depending on experience Day Shifts: 09:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday Temporary to permanent position Opportunities for training and progression APPLY NOW - Applying is easy, and there are 2 ways to do it: 1.
