A Cambridge based Construction Consultancy with an emphasis on training and development, are seeking an intelligent Graduate Quantity Surveyor who would enjoy a greater level of responsibility, and a more diverse workload. The Graduate Quantity Surveyor's role The successful Graduate Quantity Surveyor will join a youthful quantity surveying team who are currently working across several different project sectors including leisure, healthcare, retail, and education. Working under the direction of a Senior Quantity Surveyor, the successful Graduate Quantity Surveyor will get to see schemes through the entirety of their life cycle. Day to day work will include various pre and post contract tasks: Measuring Tendering BoQ Managing change / variations Agree final accountsThe Graduate Quantity Surveyor Completed a Quantity Surveying / Construction related degree (min' 2.1) UK Quantity Surveying experience Excellent communication skills Comfortable using excel Personable, enthusiastic, hard working Driving licenceIn Return? £25,000 - £30,000 Bespoke APC support Training fees and professional memberships 25 days annual leave + bank holidays Pension Social events throughout the year Mobile LaptopIf you are a Quantity Surveyor considering your career opportunities, please contact Daniel Foster at Brandon James.
