Mason James Appointments are a growing recruitment business operating in the Engineering and Manufacturing Sector's.
Our client base is growing at a rapid rate and you will be joining us at the early stages of growth and expansion which is why were are now seeking a talented individuals to help drive the business forward and become an integral part of the team with the potential for further career progression.
The Role
We are looking for a Recruitment / Candidate Resourcer to join the team and provide high levels of support to enable the business to move forward whilst at the same time enhancing the individuals career prospects within the business.
Hours will be 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday
Responsibilities will include:
Create and optimise client job adverts for job boards & other advertising campaigns
Conducting interviews for candidates, either over the phone or face-to-face
Resourcing to develop an active pipeline of compliant candidates
Liaise with clients and candidates to confirm assignment details
The Requirements
Recruitment Candidate Resourcing or other service industry or customer service experience
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent communication skills and a great telephone manner
Experience within the Engineering or Manufacturing sector's would be an advantage, permanent or contract.bias
