Small Works Site Manager - Prime Residential

We are Working with an existing client who is looking for a Permanent (PAYE) Small Works Site Manager to join their team in West London.

You must have experience working within the prime residential sector on projects up to 1m.

The role could suit a working foreman who wants to get off the tools.

As a Small Works Site Manager you will:

• Manage the project and day to day running including liaising with the Clients
• Making sure Sub-Contractors are kept up to date with the schedule
• Manage and record Health & Safety on site
• Regular progress meeting
• Monitor and make sure the programme is running to schedule
• Make sure the Site diary is updated daily
• Monitor Site Logistics

The Small Works Site Manager must have/be:

• Excellent communication skills
• Driven
• Strong attention to detail
• Organised
• Strong heath and safety record
• Excellent problem-solving skills
