The flagship salon in South Kensington has received accolades such as "London's Hottest New Salon" and "Best London Salon." Larry King also offers a range of high-quality hair products under the brand Larry King Haircare, designed to give customers a salon finish at home.
Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Receptionist at Larry King across SW7, W11 and W1. The Senior Receptionist will be responsible for all front of house duties inclusive of bookings/amendments of appointments using Phorest, answering phone calls and emails professionally, providing exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis, accurate stock take etc.
Qualifications Previous Salon Experience isn't necessary but desired. Excellent Phone Etiquette and general Receptionist Duties Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities Experience in a similar role or customer-facing environment Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Upselling of products Proficiency in Gmail and Microsoft Previous experience in the beauty or hospitality industry is a plus
