Job Title: Teacher for SEMH Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 Type: Full-Time, Permanent Start Date: January 2025 or sooner MLK Search is excited to be supporting this 'Outstanding' Independent, trauma-centred therapeutic school in south London who are looking for a confident teacher to join their team. Teachers are at the core of leading the schools’ child-centred ethos and reflect the values and expectations of the school. They are also responsible for the highest standards of the quality of education and behaviour management for children who have significant SEMH, and other associated needs. All pupils have EHCPs for adverse childhood experiences and SEMH needs. The school caters for all National Curriculum subjects and learning is linked to children’s curriculum and individual needs, progress plans and assessment of learning and achievement.
