My client are a high end residential developer, they operate in the Anglia region they are currently looking for a Sales Negotiator to join a private housing development in Bury St Edmunds Essential Experience: Property new build sales experience A proven sale track record Day to day duties: Being the main point of contact for the development dealing with customers enquiry's Selling from the portfolio of the properties on the development Conducting viewings and showing the customer the whole experience of the development Ensuring good house keeping in the sales and marketing suite Qualifying the customer to ensure they are eligible for the Shared Ownership Scheme Negotiating offers with the assistance of the sales management team Dealing with the customer through the whole of the sales process Hosting events If you would like to apply for this role please do so below or for more information please contact Zoe Georgiou at the Fawkes & Reece London office
