CMM Inspector

CMM Inspector Paying up to £35,000 per annum Day shifts: Monday - Friday Nottingham PERMANENT ROLE Our client in Nottingham is looking for a CMM Inspector to join their team on a permanent basis. Our client manufactures products for a variety of industries including aerospace and oil and gas. They will consider any CMM experience and salary will be based on skill level and competence. Job Description: Use manual measuring equipment to validate components to drawing specifications Use CMM to measure components Identify any con-conforming components Producing non-conformance reports Working from technical drawings Using a variety of measuring tools including verniers and callipersThe ideal candidate will meet the following criteria: Previous experience of working within a manufacturing engineering environment Experienced in the use of manual measuring equipment. Have a good understanding of Turning, Milling and Grinding Have a full understanding of engineering drawings, geometric tolerances and general assemblies.
