Insight Manager

Do you have a keen interest in Food and Drink?Are you numerically inquisitive and like building stories around numbers and figures?A specialist insights consultancy dedicated to the UK Retail and Foodservice industry is looking for an Insight Manager to join their team based in Central London.They are leaders within their field, providing a breadth of research and insight solutions to the full spectrum of the industry, from High Street retailers, restaurant groups to fast food outlets, coffee chains, bars and pubs.You will have a keen interest in shopper and consumer behaviour and be primarily responsible for putting together insights from their syndicated research projects and monthly trackers. There will also be the opportunity to work with other teams and be involved with bespoke research, consulting and smaller projects on an ad-hoc basis.Key responsibilities will include:Analyse shopper and consumer data and build insight content in a suite of different reports, presentations and other ad-hoc client requestsProduce monthly and quarterly insight reportsAct as a thought leader and provide key trends in the market, delivering these face-to-face to clients, both on an ad-hoc basis and at our quarterly debrief eventsReporting to the Senior Insights Manager you will help to identify and action improvements to the insight content being providedTo be considered for this role, you will need to have experience in an insight role either on the agency or client side with exposure to the retail, FMCG or foodservice sector.You will have a solid understanding of survey panel data and research methodologies in consumer or shopper marketing.Most importantly, you will be hugely passionate about retail or the eating out sector!This is an excellent opportunity to join a boutique size agency, where you'll become an expert in researching shopper & consumer behaviour across the retail and eating & drinking out markets, with exposure to some if the UK's leading brands.Salary: up to £40,000 + Bonus + BenefitsLocation: Central London (Hybrid working)Desired Skills and ExperienceInsights, research
