The role:
- Deliver against the resourcing needs of our manufacturing and engineering clients, guiding companies, across the world, to use the most effective methods to attract, assess and recruit the best talent.
- Build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and advise companies on innovative end-to-end resourcing practices, to achieve results and meet their needs.
- Project management of a wide range of assignment activities - ranging from senior executive appointments, through to specialist engineers and commercial and scientific briefs.
- The role will appeal to those that enjoy project management related activities and dealing with contacts from a wide range of countries and cultures.
- Working from our office in Stratford Upon Avon, travel may be required to meet with customers, as well as the attendance at trade shows across the globe.
The Ideal Profile:
- Commercially focused individual, with a customer facing background.
- Excellent Project Management Skills.
- Strong communication skills, as well as fluency in German or Dutch
- Proactive and energetic attitude.
- Recruitment experience is not a necessity: we offer a full training and development program.
