Internal Sales Executive Salary: Up to £28,000 + bonuses (based on experience) Location: Bishops Cleeve, Cheltenham About the Company: Our client is a renowned leader in innovation, ambition, and high-quality products, with a global reputation. The Role: This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic, sales-driven individual with a passion for customer service. You’ll join an established team, working with a range of UK clients to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional service. The ideal candidate will be energetic, articulate, and proactive, eager to advance their sales career in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. What’s on Offer: * Full-time position, Monday to Friday (8:30am – 5pm) * Onsite parking available * Quarterly performance-based bonuses * 23 days of annual leave (increasing with tenure) * Daily free lunches provided Responsibilities: * Respond to incoming sales enquiries, ensuring a thorough understanding of customer needs to convert these into sales * Accurately input and maintain information within the CRM system * Stay informed about the company’s product offerings and services * Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling * Provide swift quotes to clients, aiming for same-day or within 24 hours where possible. Key Skills & Experience: * Experience in meeting and exceeding targets is an advantage, whether from retail, hospitality, or commercial environments * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail and a focus on getting things right the first time * High energy, with a strong work ethic * Ability to confidently engage with people at all levels * Excellent organisational skills and time management * Self-motivated and driven Please contact Katie at i2i Recruitment if this role is of interest Our mission of ‘Making Recruitment Personal’ also means making recruitment fair.
