ENGINEERING AREA SALESPERSON

ENGINEERING AREA SALESPERSON. We are recruiting for an Area Salesperson to work for our client who are based in Bradford, West Yorkshire. THE DUTIES OF A SALESPERSON: * This role will have two main focuses, one to take on and enhance existing customers and two, to increase our customer base with the focus on Composite machined parts. * Supporting existing customers and acquiring new customers * Creating sales budgets * Participate, develop and implement sales strategies and action plans * Performing sales control and analysis of customers and products * Supporting sales partners * Acting as project manager for validation of our products in customer applications Conduct market and competitive intelligence and analysis * Processing customer complaints * From time to time some overseas travel will be involved. ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCES & SKILLS: * The successful candidate is expected to come from an Engineering/Industrial background and have proven experience in sales within this market. * The candidate will have suitable engineering qualifications. * Good understanding of business relationships * Good knowledge of MS Office and experience with CRM programs * Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, strong results orientation and ambitious * Winning appearance, strong contracts, convincing communication style Conscientious, excellent manners and a strong customer focus * Ability to develop customer specific solutions to problems * Experience with working with Blue chip manufacturing companies, Aerospace and the MoD will be most advantageous WHAT WE OFFER: * Charging station for e-cars * Company Car * Company Cell Phone * Company Laptop * Employee Bonuses * Employee Events * Home Office * Life Assurance * Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits * Private Health Care * Retirement Pension Plan * Sovereign Health Care * Refreshment Scheme THE HOURS: 40 hours a week (Remote Working Optional) THE PAY: You will earn an annual pay of £45k- £50k depending on experience.
