The Contracts and Purchasing team is responsible for sourcing hotel accommodations across Europe for both group bookings and individual leisure travellers (FIT). This role is focused on delivering comprehensive administrative support to the team, with an emphasis on maintaining and optimizing departmental data. Accurately inputting large volumes of contract data, including rates, conditions, and allotments, across various systems. Collaborating with Contract Managers to verify the precision and completeness of contract details. Managing inventory by negotiating additional stock or closures as needed. A flexible approach. Fluent spoken and written English. Hotel Operations experience or Degree in Travel & Tourism would be an advantage. Knowledge of Google or Microsoft Suites. A European language (other than English) would be an advantage.
