JRV Surveys & Valuations are fully regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and specialise in providing residential property surveys and valuations for clients in the property purchasing process.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Residential Property Surveyor at JRV Surveys & Valuations. The Surveyor will be responsible for conducting RICS Level 2 Surveys, Level 3 Surveys and Valuations.

We are looking for a candidate based in the Greater Manchester area but will also consider other locations in the North of England.

Qualifications

• AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS

• Building Surveying and Valuations expertise

• Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software

• Excellent IT Skills

• Strong attention to detail accuracy

• At least 1 year of experience completing RICS Home Surveys

• Excellent customer service skills
