Senior Architect

Seeking a technically strong Architect with first rate delivery skills; this international architectural practice with a London office of 15, have recently won a 700 unit residential scheme in London, consisting of two blocks, which they will be delivering from stage 3 onwards. As a senior architect, you'll be hands on leading the delivery of one block; carrying out compliance checks, delivery management of stage 4 drawings packages, site visits, RFI's and ensuring compliance with the Building Safety Act. You'll be experienced at project delivery of large UK based residential schemes and fully proficient in the use of Revit.
