The QA Manager is pivotal across product & site quality, compliance, GMP, non-conformances, waste reduction, achieving KPI’s, and supportive team management. Requirements; Experience within Food Manufacturing, Chilled & Prepared arenas proving highly advantageous Team management / supervisory experience within quality and / or technical Positive and motivating approach to colleagues and team members HACCP, Auditing, Food Safety knowledge Proficient in MS Office Location: Kent Salary: Up to £45k DOE Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 5.00pm, with some flexibility Key words: QA Manager, QC Manager, Quality Manager, Senior QA Supervisor, Food Manufacturing, FMCG, Chilled Prepared Food, Fresh Produce
