These opportunities are best suited to Architects with proven experience in delivering technical packages on medium to large-scale projects, especially in RIBA Stages 3, 4, and 5. If you excel in these stages and want to broaden your experience across all phases, this role is for you.... As an Architect, you'll guide projects from inception to completion, with a current focus on technical delivery during critical phases. Proven experience working on at least on project the technical delivery stages # Experience working on projects from £5m - £50m plus # Commercial awareness and strategic thinking. # Proficiency in Revit (BIM) and strong presentation abilities. Clear career progression, including the potential to move to Associate within the next 12-18 months for those with the ability to lead small teams.
