Social Media Manager

A boutique digital marketing agency based in Wimborne are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join their small, but mighty, marketing team. They pride themselves on creating deep, meaningful partnerships with clients and getting to know specific business needs in order to deliver tailored solutions that drive growth and produce creative content.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and report on social media, content, and email marketing campaigns
• Create, schedule, and post engaging content across multiple channels for organic growth
• Grow and optimise client social media profiles and paid ad campaigns
• Develop content for email marketing, including newsletters, promotional campaigns, and automated email flows
• Create and edit video content to support marketing initiatives and enhance engagement across channels
• Copywrite for brochures, adverts, and various marketing materials
• Proofread, edit, and approve content for publication
• Collaborate with Retained Services Directors, an Account Executive, a Graphic Designer, and consultants to ensure campaign success
• Write SEO-optimised blog posts, articles, and web content to improve search rankings
• Conduct ongoing data analysis, SEO research, and competitor analysis

Experience

• 3+ years in Social Media Marketing
• Creative flair and copywriting competency
• An understanding of SEO and email marketing
