We are currently recruiting for one of our trusted clients who are looking for a Sales Manager. This is your chance to join a rapidly scaling recruitment technology solutions provider.What You Can ExpectLocation – Chelmsford (Hybrid)Salary – £60,000 - £70,000 plus double OTE uncappedWork Type – PermanentKey Responsibilities as a Sales ManagerIdentify and hunt new business opportunities with senior leaders in recruitment agencies.Managing the full sales life cycle from lead generation through to close.Build and execute a sales strategy with a focus on building a pipeline of prospective clients and establishing the product within the market.Owning the sales pipeline including pipeline forecasting and reporting.Building, mentoring and growing a sales team focusing on UK and US markets primarily.Acting as an SME for the products to ensure effective communication of the value proposition to prospective clients.Staying abreast of industry trends and the recruitment technology innovation.Core experience, Qualifications, and Skills3-5 years of experience in tech/SAAS sales, preferably selling to recruitment businesses.Proven track record of successful sales in the recruitment technology (RecTech) solutions.Understanding of recruitment processes, including back-office operations in recruitment agencies.Experience using CRM systems, ideally HubSpot.Ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams.Experience with recruitment software platforms or tools would be desirable.Experience working in a fast paced start up environment would be desirable.What’s in it For You?Amazing company to work for!Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.Unlimited holiday allowance.Opportunity for career defining progression.For further information on this Sales Manager role apply belowWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
