The Role: As the Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of nursing care within our facility. You will manage and support the nursing team, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and implement policies that promote patient safety and well-being. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position, offering an excellent work-life balance. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the nursing team to deliver high-quality care. Ensure compliance with clinical standards, policies, and regulations. Oversee patient care plans and ensure patient safety and satisfaction. Manage staff schedules, training, and development. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance service delivery. Handle administrative duties related to nursing operations. Requirements: A valid nursing qualification (NMC registration required). At least 1 year of managerial experience in a healthcare setting. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
