Telesales Team Leader

Job Title: Telesales Team Leader Location: Cannock Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum We are looking for a Telesales Team Leader for our client, a leading Technology Services business in the Cannock area. As Telesales Team Leader you will be responsoble for leading and growing a small team of Telesales Executives, helping them to deliver strong leads, create opporturnitites and generate appointments for the business. Job Duties: Lead and motivate a team of telesales representatives to achieve sales targets Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth Help to deliver the marketing plan in line with telesales strategies Conduct regular team meetings to communicate targets, initiatives, and updates Collaborate with other departments to optimise sales processes and improve overall efficiency Required Qualifications: Proven experience in telesales or a similar role Previous experience in leadering and/or mentoring a team would be beneficial Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies Ability to analyse sales data and trends to make informed decisions Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite This role is office-based with regular working hours.
