What's involved? As a Sous Chef, you will be involved in service within a staff restaurant, catering for breakfast lunch & dinner. You will work within a large brigade, producing a range of fresh, healthy meals for a large number of covers each day. You will be responsible for running the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence and will have duties including but limited to stock and ordering, running the pass and coaching the rest of the kitchen team to ensure the team functions well.
