A Manufacturing company in the Braintree are looking for an Office Assistant on a temporary - permanent basis. This is a full-time position working; 8.00 - 16.30 Monday - Friday, paying £8.60 - £11.44 per hour. This is a great opportunity for a college leaver with good grades to work for a friendly company and start a career in Administration! *Please note you do need to be able to drive due to the location of this position. Main duties for this Office Assistant will include but are not limited to: Providing excellent customer service via telephone and email. Helping customer queries regarding the progress of orders. Keeping a log of all communication with the customer. Order processing and updating the CRM system. Scanning. Shredding. Distributing post and franking. Helping the team with different admin duties. Key Skills & Experience needed to be considered for this position: Must have GCSE English and Maths grade C or above. Good level of IT Literacy - MS Office, Excel. Ability to communicate across all mediums - telephone, face to face and email. Someone who is highly organised with great attention to detail.
