Key responsibilities of E-Commerce Manager: To oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, To manage all E-Commerce department workflows and processes, with a focus is on boosting sales, improving efficiency, and cutting costs in operations and fulfillment. To negotiate contracts and rates for E-Commerce partners, such as couriers, SaaS providers, and external agencies/contractors, ensuring smooth collaborations. Leading a diverse E-Commerce team, driving performance through engaged leadership and high standards. Collaborating with Purchasing and Marketing teams Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives, launching company-wide promotions and enhancing online marketing channels. Reporting to CEOs and Heads, provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics, including department P&L analysis. Troubleshoot and resolve operational or technical issues, ensuring seamless operations. About You: Passionate about the food industry Experience in managing e-commerce divisions and proficiency in Google Analytics, Bringing a sound understanding of digital marketing for B2C. Skilled in team management, project prioritization, and multitasking Be adept at meeting deadlines and engaging with stakeholders.
