Providing compassionate, hands-on care to patients, maintaining meticulous records, and administering medication safely. Creating personalised care plans and conducting thorough risk assessments to address each resident's holistic needs effectively. Responding promptly to residents' urgent needs while prioritizing and delivering timely care. Upholding the dignity and respect of service users while empowering them to make choices about their care. Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver comprehensive care. Taking charge of and supervising a team of care workers while leading by example.
