We have a great opportunity for a passionate Head Chef , who will join our clients Gastro Pub operation based in Islington. The Gastro Pub is popular with the local clientele and the ideal Head Chef will work with a kitchen team including 7 Chefs serving organic, seasonal British/European cuisine Please note, if interested in the Head Chef role only apply if you want to work with Organic and Seasonal Produce . The Head Chef will work for a group including 3 Gastro Pubs and Restaurants, there are lots of opportunities for progression and give an input with the menu design. My client will also consider a strong Sous Chef wanting to progress to his /her 1 st Head Chef role.
