Stores Leader

Nelson Recruitment Services are recruiting for a Store Cell Leader for our client to work in the Aston area of Birmingham. Our client is looking for a Stores Cell Leader to over see the day to day runnings of the warehouse and manufacturing operations. Duties will include: Supervising the team, the daily activities within the warehouse and manufacuring department. Manage and train the team. Maintain accurate records. Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure stock levels are accurate and all products are stored correctly. Quality control and check. Ensure all products are handled, stored and shipped accourding to company standards. Quality check shipments. Identify improvements to warehouse operations Ensure health and safety is followed at all times Report any incidents and react appropriatley Resolve and address any issues or discrepancies, from all sectors you are supervising EXPERIENCE: The ideal candidate will have 5 years experience in warehouse operations with at least two years in a supervisory role. Must hold a Counterbalance forklift licence Have strong leadership skills Be organised and have excellent time management Be prficient in management systems and warehouse software Good communication skills both written and verbal Hours of work Monday to Friday 37 hours per week (Apply online only) How to Apply Please apply with your CV.
