Infrastructure Manager

An industry leading UK-based company is looking for a IT Infrastructure Manager to join their IT leadership team as they go through an exciting period of acquisition and growth. The ideal candidate will contribute to their vision to be the leader of residential real estate services. Reporting into the Head of Infrastructure, this role will be responsible for leading and managing the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring its security, reliability, and scalability This is a Hybrid role based in London.Responsibilities:Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the IT infrastructure strategy in alignment with the company’s overall business goals.Network and Systems Management: Oversee the management and maintenance of the company’s network, server, cloud and storage infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.Security and Compliance: Ensure the security of the IT infrastructure by implementing robust security measures and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standardsExperience:Proven experience in managing complex IT infrastructure environments, including networks, servers, storage, telephony and cloud servicesDemonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing IT infrastructure teamStrong understanding of IT security practices, compliance requirements, and regulatory frameworks
