Contracts Manager - Kirkliston - Up to £50,000 + Benefits - Ref: 1753 I am currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager to work for a key client of mine based in Kirkliston. The organisation has been in operation for over 45 years and are one of the leading Steel and Metalwork Companies across the UK in the Structural Engineering industry. In addition to this they have a very well-established client base and are one of the most recognisable companies within their area of specialism. To support the continued growth of the business and to deal with the amount of work they have now and forecasted they have the need to appoint a Contracts Manager on a permanent basis. In this role as a Contracts Manager, you will be required to prepare production programs working with workshop production to ensure timelines are met. In addition to this you will be required to support provision of tender documents, contracts, quotations and measuring valuations of work to be carried out on site. This role will require you to be client facing and be confident in liaising with construction professionals which would include project managers and site engineers. Essential Requirements: Minimum of 5 Years experience as a Structural Engineer or Contracts Manager (In Structural Engineering) Driving Licence Managerial experience Method Statement knowledge CSCS Card Knowledge of ISO9001Desirable: CPCS Qualified This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a Contracts Manager to work for a UK leading Steel and Metalwork company that are actively growing and working on prestigious projects all year round across Scotland.
