Claim & Provider N/w # Data, Integration, Platform # Billing & Payment Understanding of health insurance processes, capabilities, ways of working, operations, value chain. Scope and shape activities for the work-stream, working with business and technical teams to understand business needs and how they can be designed and developed practically Work closely with Business Stakeholders to ensure input and engagement is made in timely manner, challenge where necessary Ability to work with digital teams Experienced in working with Policy Admin systems – experienced in working with integrated designs across requirements, to technical requirements and liaising these with the development teams Experienced in Salesforce - preferable Experiences of working in an Agile, Scrum and Kanban, Jira and confluence environment, concept of role of a Business Analyst in an Agile project. Experienced in working in agile scrum teams.
