Carpenter - Worcester

Carpenter required to work with Worcester based housing association's maintenance team.

I am looking for an experienced and professional carpenter to join a busy maintenance team covering the Worcester, Droitwich, Bromsgrove and Redditch.

Work will include carrying out reactive & planned repair work on domestic social housing properties. Repair work will range from carpentry repairs which will include replacing skirting, architraves, hanging doors and all aspects of 2nd fix carpentry maintenance.

Start date: ASAP

Location: Worcester, Droitwich, Redditch and Bromsgrove

Contract: Temp ongoing

Pay rate: 20 + 45p per mile travel expenses.

Duration: Ongoing

Requirements:

• Must have own van/tools.
• 3 years minimum experience as a tradesman in a maintenance role.
• NVQ or City & Guilds in a relevant trade
• Full UK driving licence
