Technical Development AnalystRole Overview:Join our dedicated team as the Technical Development Analyst, where you will be instrumental in developing and implementing technical solutions that enhance our data management and reporting capabilities. We're committed to celebrating diversity and ensuring inclusivity, where every voice matters and contributes to our collective success.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop and implement technical solutions, including ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, to support data integration and reporting needs.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Support the development and maintenance of data warehouses and business intelligence tools to improve data accessibility and quality.Produce detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to senior management and stakeholders.Maintain strong and clear lines of communication with all stakeholders, ensuring an atmosphere of openness and efficient exchange of information.Present information and issues, explaining highly complex issues to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.Knowledge and Skills:Hold a degree in an analytics or technology relating subject or demonstrating equivalent significant experience in delivery of the responsibilities described.Proven track record in analysis of NHS information and data flows.Strong proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI.Experienced in programming languages such as SQL and Python.Proven experience in technical development, particularly within data management, ETL process, and reporting solutionsOutstanding ability to organise, prioritise, and manage tasks and deadlines, particularly in fast-paced and complex environments.Ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.A solid understanding of the health and social care landscape, including policy, governance, and operational challenges in the NHS.DesirableExperience within the NHS or a similar healthcare settingKnowledge of NHS data standards and regulatory requirementsThe next step?We value independent thinking and risk-taking.
