Maintenance EngineerAre you an experienced Maintenance Engineer?Are you passionate about Engineering and developing your career?Have you got proven Electrical or Mechanical engineering experience?MacGregor Black are partnering with a Leading Manufacturing Business on the search for a Maintenance Engineer. This is a perm role based in East Kilbride, Scotland.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for planned maintenance, breakdowns and line change-oversParticipation in the delivery of the Engineering department vision and strategic planMaintain production OEE to hit site KPI targetsIdentify and action opportunities for improvements within the engineering environmentAdherence and the support of factory wide systems for the adherence to company policies and statutory regulations for health, safety, and environmentWork in partnership with the relevant parties to aid in the planning and support of all capital engineering projectsPro-active team player who can build effective credibility quickly within peer groupWhat are we looking for?FMCG industry experience preferredEducated to ONC level or equivalent preferredElectrical or Mechanical bias (both positions available)Experience with TPM, PPM and Continuous Improvement desirable12-hour shifts – 4 on 4 off.
