Position: Group Marketing and Campaigns Manager Location: Rotherham, South Yorkshire Salary: £37,496 per annum Holidays: 25 days per annum plus bank holidays Pension: Automatic enrolment to the South Yorkshire Pension Scheme About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Group Marketing and Campaigns Manager to join our innovative marketing team at a leading colleges group. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in executing our marketing strategy and leading a talented team focused on increasing learner recruitment across diverse demographics. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Manage and inspire the marketing, digital, website, and graphic design teams to achieve performance targets, fostering a proactive and supportive environment. Campaign Management: Develop and implement creative recruitment campaigns tailored for 16-18-year-olds, degree-level students, adult learners, and apprentices, ensuring alignment with growth targets. Data Analysis: Analyze and present data from recruitment initiatives to refine strategies and enhance future campaigns. Content Development: Oversee the creation of engaging marketing materials and positive PR content across various platforms, ensuring accuracy and relevance. Event Coordination: Manage key events such as learner awards, open evenings, and career fairs, ensuring strong marketing presence and support. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal departments to enhance collaboration and marketing effectiveness. What You Bring: Experience: Proven experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within the education sector, with a track record of successful campaign planning and implementation. Qualifications: Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., CIM, CIPR), along with a degree or equivalent. Skills: Exceptional planning, organizational, and communication skills; strong analytical capabilities; proficiency in digital marketing and IT systems.
