Managing and addressing scope and budget concerns, skilfully negotiating decisions when required. Prioritizing work based on Stakeholder/Client needs and communicating effectively with Builders. Skilfully gathering and evaluating requirements to produce top-quality business scope documents. Advocating for passengers within the organization, acting as their voice. Leading the team in Agile and Scrum practices. Desired Skills and Experience: The ideal candidate will possess: A minimum of 3 years of experience in software product ownership. Previous involvement in process improvement, workflow enhancement, benchmarking, or business process evaluation.
