Ciphr has a new opportunity for an experienced CRM Support Engineer with experience of Hubspot and MS Dynamics.


You will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise in the use of HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong problem-solving skills to ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and enhancement of CRM systems. The engineer will support users, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continuous improvements of CRM processes and functionalities.

Location: Hybrid, 2-3 days a month in office in Reading


See below the daily tasks of a CRM Engineer:


  • Provide first and second-line support for HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and wider CRM systems and integrations, resolving technical issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Assist in the configuration, customisation, and integration of HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics, plus wider CRM related systems and integrations, to meet the needs of various business units.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for CRM processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Collaborate with the stakeholders to validate and implement new features and system updates.
  • Conduct user training sessions and create training materials to enhance user adoption and proficiency.
  • Monitor system performance, ensuring high availability and optimal functionality of the CRM systems.
  • Assist with wider IT system implementations and support where required.


If you have the following skills, you will be the perfect fit:


  • Strong understanding of CRM concepts and experience with HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems, and related integrations.
  • Proficiency in CRM configuration, customisation, and integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Experience in user training and documentation creation.
  • A proactive and customer-focused mindset.
