Salary: £36,000
Shifts: Monday Friday: Week 1: 6am 2pm, Week 2: 11am 7pm

Main Tasks
- Manufacture spare parts for machines using milling machines and lathes, including components related to our processes.
- Service tools in accordance with planned maintenance schedules.
- Support the engineering function in the manufacture of replacement machine-related components where production pressures prevent outsourcing.
- Meet strict deadlines to enable the busy production areas to continue to meet customer expectations.
- Using the housekeeping assessment system in line with cells of excellence, ensure housekeeping within the tool room and that tool room equipment meets the correct quality standard.
Required experience
- Capable of setting up machine lathes, milling machines and grinders.
- Capable of reading drawings to spec new parts
- Ability to work to high standards of engineering accuracy under strict deadlines.
