The Embassy of Beauty London team has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Marketing professional to join the company to help drive a 360-remit across marketing overseeing planning, strategy, creation, execution, and evaluation. You will maximise all brand and product-related activities to drive optimal customer acquisition and retention. The role includes overseeing the Embassy of Beauty brand, and several luxury Skincare and beauty Brands.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop the marketing strategy in line with the overall business and brand objectives.
- Overall responsibility for the master brand identity, defining the positioning whilst growing awareness and consideration.
- Own and grow the YouTube channel with developing compelling content to drive awareness and consideration into revenue.
- Own the marketing calendar across brand, promotions, and product.
- Manage campaign timelines and budgets and reporting back into the business.
- Manage in-store marketing programmes, pre, during and post launch.
- Execute in-store marketing campaigns, creating and co-ordinating POS collateral.
- Own the PR strategy and manage the PR agency across traditional and digital comms.
- Execute the key marketing priorities across all offline and online channels across paid, earned, and owned.
- Manage the website content including maintaining the online product catalogue and creating brand content (visuals, copy).
- Drive the social media strategy and planning.
- Create personalised email marketing flows using Klayivo.
- Maintain and grow CRM database to acquire new customers and retain existing.
- You will be responsible for direct reports including a content writer and a graphic designer.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- A passion for Beauty and the luxury industry with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
- Needs to be a strong manager in developing direct reports to the next level of their career.
- Experience in recruiting and growing a team
- An experienced professional in marketing.
- A creative mindset combined with excellent campaign execution and someone who ‘thinks outside of the box’.
- A generalist marketeer who understands the full 360-marketing mix.
- A strong multitasker who can manage multiple brands.
- Be a good problem solver, with creative flare and a passionate/proactive attitude.
- Proven experience in the creation of content, strategies, and platforms.
- Highly effective communication skills.

This role is based in our Kensington office 5 days a week.
