Project Architect
Location: London
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
Experience Required: 2-5 years post-Part III
Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and technically-minded Project/Package Architect with a strong background in building design and execution. The successful candidate will have experience across various project stages, particularly stages 2, 4, and 5, with the ability to effectively put together a building package. This role is focused on the Commercial sector, but there will also be opportunities to apply transferable skills to projects in the hospitality and educational sectors.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- 2-5 years post-Part III architectural experience.
- Proven ability to manage and deliver architectural packages at stages 2, 4, and 5.
- Expertise in Revit is essential.
- Experience in the Commercial sector, with an openness to transferable skills from hospitality or educational projects.
- Strong technical understanding of construction, materials, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multi-disciplinary teams.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in hospitality or educational design projects.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
