Due to rapid growth and our expansion in Germany, we are looking for hungry, driven, and motivated Sales Development Representatives to join the herd.


As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will identify and source new business for our subscription software and hardware products. This is a client-facing role that will primarily focus on building a pipeline via both inbound leads and outbound prospecting.

Responsibilities


As a Sales Development Representative you will:

· Introduce our services to prospective clients

· Manage inbound leads and activate database leads

· Thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment

· Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

· Work cross-functionally to provide feedback to product and marketing teams


Below are some of the key skills/experiences we are looking for:

· Fluent in German & English ESSENTIAL

· Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills (German & English)

· Prospecting, Qualification, & Sales skills

· Strong customer service orientation

· Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

· Familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus

· Experience in high-growth SaaS is highly desirable

· Experience working on a team and leading a team player mentality

· Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
