You’ll be encouraged to identify and draw attention to opportunities for enhancing our delivery and providing additional services to organisations we work with. In line with the firm’s ambitious and progressive vision and strategy, resourcing and talent management plays a key role in its delivery. You will act as a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the firm’s Tax and Advisory service lines in our Baker Street office. You will be working closely with the Lead Recruiter across Tax and Advisory, supporting them in delivering end-to-end Recruitment. You will have responsibility for building relationships with senior level stakeholders and working with them to understand their future and current business needs. The is an exciting opportunity to not only deliver good people, but also to directly influence strategic and innovative resourcing solutions to attract top talent. You'll be someone with: in-house. Previous Tax or Advisory recruitment experience will be a big advantage, other professional services experience will also be of benefit. However we will consider candidates that have worked in an internal recruitment role in other sectors.
